The garden house features an infrared sauna where you can relax with a view of the garden and the lake. Amenities: The modern living room with smart TV and floor-to-ceiling windows invites you to relax. From here, you reach the open-plan kitchen with a bench for up to 4 people. The living area has underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, air fryer, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, and plenty of crockery, glasses, and utensils. One bedroom with a large double bed, smart TV, and lake view. One children’s room with 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). A bathroom with accessible walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, washbasin with cabinet, towel radiator, and underfloor heating. The newly landscaped garden with a partially covered, spacious terrace is fully fenced and offers a large table with 4 chairs, lounge set, beach chair, and sun umbrellas. At Hennesee, you can rent kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. Sailors can rent guest moorings. The Winterberg ski lift carousel is 30 km away. The Hunau and Hohe Lied ski areas are about 15 minutes away.
