Both the house and outdoor areas were fully renovated, newly furnished, and redesigned in 2024. A parking space with a wallbox is available in the driveway; use is subject to an additional charge. The garden house features an infrared sauna where you can relax with a view of the lake through the garden. Amenities: The modern living room with smart TV and floor-to-ceiling windows invites you to unwind. From here, you enter the open-plan kitchen with a bench for up to 4 people. The living area has underfloor heating. The kitchen includes a fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, air fryer, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, and ample dishes, glasses, and utensils. One bedroom with a large double bed, smart TV, and lake view. A children's room with 2 single beds and a loft bed (1.20 x 2.00 m). A bathroom with accessible walk-in shower, toilet, hair dryer, vanity with cabinet, heated towel rail, and underfloor heating. The newly landscaped garden with a partly covered, large terrace is fully fenced and offers a large garden table with 4 chairs, a lounge set, a beach chair, and sun umbrellas. At Lake Hennesee, you can rent kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. Sailors can rent guest moorings. The Winterberg ski lift carousel is 30 km away. The Hunau and Hohe Lied ski areas are about 15 minutes away.
